The CEIP Doctor Juan Negrín is a public preschool and primary school located in a neighborhood on the outskirts of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is a center of 18 units with 336 students and 32 teachers. Our center has previously participated and successfully participated in other European cooperation projects. As a result of these actions, the center has a list of partners that we can count on to carry out new projects with the idea of observing, training, reflecting and sharing the good actions related to the new and global methodologies applied to teaching each time. Thanks to being able to participate in these Erasmus+ projects, we have come back full of ideas and eager to innovate. The "Nature Classroom" has been created at school, it has been the push we needed to finish designing and implementing the “Creative Spaces” and the “Coexistence Classroom”. Hence, we consider that the title of this new project "Education opens minds" faithfully reflects our aspirations as a faculty.
