Objectives

Our project aim has been to try to face the problem of our students regarding their European identity. Thanks to the value we give to Europe and its heritage, culture, sports, history, etc. we have achieved that little by little the students become part of Europe, that they have a real feeling of European citizenship, and not just because of their identity card, as most of their parents are from other nationalities. Furthermore, thanks to the project, students have been able to increase and implement their communication skills in English in the countries they have visited; an opportunity that only could have been possible with Erasmus.

Background

My school is facing an internationalization process that must be materialized in specific projects, and without leaving any student behind due to their economic or social conditions. After this project we plan to apply for the accreditation to give continuity to this process in order to make possible the participation of all the students in international projects without depending on whether a project is approved or not. Moreover, one of the main pillars of our school is the internationalization. On the other hand, the school has a percentage of more than 60% of students who come from other countries and most of them with economic deprivation that do not help them to develop their linguistic and digital competence. Thanks to the Erasmus club they can develop these skills out of the school hours.
