-Enhance teaching qualifications through observation and the exchange of experiences with professionals from other European educational systems, as well as through the integration of new technologies. -Promote entrepreneurship in the school, boost its internationalization, and establish a collaboration network with other European educational institutions. Additionally, we aim to improve our environmental management and the effective integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) into our educational practices. -Improve language teaching methodologies among our teachers and, consequently, in our students. -Develop and foster a strong European identity, spreading the project effectively to motivate greater participation from the entire educational staff.
Focusing on Secondary Education (E.S.O.) students, we identified challenges such as low levels of effort and academic performance, lack of interest from some families in educational monitoring, increased curricular gaps, lack of motivation, and a history of school absenteeism and dropout, although the latter has shown improvements in recent years. Our center specializes in integrating students with hearing impairments. The project aimed to raise awareness among students and teachers about the importance of environmental care, improve the use of ICT, providing a unique perspective to help teachers raise awareness and motivate students. We aimed to create awareness and provide training on sustainable development, establish a code of conduct for waste management, and apply the principles of the three "R"s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Additionally, we sought to establish ourselves as an open center with a European identity, promoting interconnection between centers to encourage cooperation and the exchange of ideas, materials, and experiences.
