Beyond the achievement of the individual objectives of each one of the mobilities: competence improvements in (ICT), improvement of the use of language in activities (CLIL), combining learning skills,... there were also some basic objectives, in the short term, which as of today can already be considered as achieved. On the one hand, one of the transversal premises of each mobility was to improve the individual training of each of the participants to guarantee a higher quality in the transmission of content and new ways of teaching based on pedagogical experiences that other professionals have carried out. On the other hand, and by no means less important, the training of the teaching staff with this KA1 project should also allow us to give internal and external publicity to the determined policy of our center as explained in the Educational Plan of the Center, demonstrating in situ that they are not just words in a document but something tangible and real. This project was not an isolated event, but a reaffirmation that we want all teaching staff to be part of a global vision, open to new cultures, to new ways of understanding education, and to endless new possibilities to train our students.
Our organization had carried out different mobility projects with students, KA2 projects and non-regulated exchange projects with other centres. Still, to date, the opportunities to better train teachers and reverse this training in a better and more innovative way had not been taken advantage of. attention to our students. We are a small center, but with a clear and determined vocation to bet on pedagogical innovation and establish collaboration ties with other professionals to be able to offer that contrary vision to localism and broaden the minds of our "birds of prey" from here also the title of this project. Prepare the ground so that our students have better opportunities for success. The dimensions of our center do not imply any problem to prepare our students in the best possible way and offer them the same opportunities as other centers with many more resources and staff. The work team that we formed, supported from the beginning by the centre's management, was a mixture of professionals with experience in the KA2 and personnel with an immense desire to learn and be part of this adventure that we can already qualify as a successful and first step. for new challenges.
