We wanted to achieve two main objectives: 1: To learn the work cycle of an Erasmus project 2:To promote and develop foreign languages in teachers and achieve an improvement in the quality of education in subjects ANL(Non-linguistic subjects) Basically we wanted to know how to work with Erasmus+ projects. To do this, we had to have teachers willing to take training courses to familiarize themselves with European methodologies and to improve their language skills.
Our organization did not have any experience in Erasmus+ or in its previous programs. The management team decided to embark on a new path through the progressive implementation of this type of project in our institution. Since we did not know the deadlines for the procedures, the necessary bureaucratic documents, or how to manage an Erasmus+ project, we decided to only carry out teacher training courses so that, in subsequent courses, we could carry out short and long-term student exchanges. Thus, our project arises with the intention of taking our first steps in the Erasmus+ program and European projects.
