Specifically in this project, we wanted to bet on personnel mobility, since both the health situation that has occurred in recent years, and the little involvement in international projects by the "non-linguistic" departments, had led us to an opportunity to improvement in this field. The objectives pursued with this project were: - Execution of an international needs plan by teaching department to improve the predisposition and motivation of our School Education teaching staff towards European programs. - Create lasting links with other similar school education organizations. - Improving the linguistic competence of staff.
The IES Ágora is a Secondary Education center that covers the following educational stages: - Secondary school with mixed bilingual option in English/French. - Baccalaureate - Vocational Training, in all its stages: Basic Vocational Training, Intermediate Degree, Higher Degree and specialization course. We have been participating in international projects since 2010. Initially we started with programs linked to Higher Education, and in recent years we have been carrying out an opening campaign at the Secondary and Baccalaureate stage. We started with Etwinning programs, then we started a K229 (now renewed with K210) and 2 years ago we applied for our first k101. We currently have the ECHE Charter 2021-2027, the Vocational Training accreditation and the next objective is to obtain the School Education accreditation.
