The main objectives we proposed when applying for this project were as follows: Learn innovative methodologies, strategies, and competencies specific to the host country to reduce school failure. Enhance the foreign language and CLIL teaching-learning process. Observe management and possible conflict resolution strategies. Increase digital competencies among teaching staff and digitize the center.
Our project "Let's LEARN together" falls under the Erasmus+ program for the period 2022/2024, in Key Action 1 (KA122) of short-term projects for the mobility of students and staff in school education, specifically in teacher mobility for observation-based learning. The main objective of this project is to enhance our educational center through the observation of the management and operation of other European centers that stand out for their good practices in the areas we want our center to improve, which are as follows: Reduction of school failure and early school leaving. Improvement of coexistence. Enhancement of foreign language teaching-learning along with bilingual education. CLIL resources. Digital transformation of the center.
