My organization is committed to innovation and internationalization of teaching practice. This project is requested with the intention of solving some of the needs detected in our center, mainly that of improving the general competences of the teaching staff and of the institution itself in terms of the methodological strategies applied to the specialties of woodwind and piano, together with musical language, which they require renewal and methodological innovation. In addition, it seems very important to us to increase our knowledge about current European musical heritage to transfer it to the students of the last years of Professional Education. Likewise, we consider it fundamental to introduce the international dimension in our pedagogical and methodological strategies and to increase the linguistic and cultural competence of teachers. Finally, we intend to improve our center management and operation protocols by learning from our European counterparts as well as improving the use of ICT in the classroom and as a tool for cultural dissemination.
