Objectives

It has allowed us to motivate our students and teachers to learn about new ways and processes of training, studying and working, improving their professional skills or changing their future interests by improving their perception or future prospects. By collaborating with numerous institutions, we have been able to internationalise our school and become an attractive institution to be known for what we work and offer. With our Erasmus+ projects, we want to improve the employability of our students, enriching their professional profile and language skills. It has allowed us to adopt and modernise our organisation through observation in host institutions. It allows us to get to know other countries, other cultures, other people, other languages and work processes for our students and teachers, where sometimes they find real difficulties to explore European Union countries. These projects allow us to include students with fewer opportunities or possibilities, which allows us to improve coexistence, live rewarding experiences, promoting European values and ways of life, achieving, as it has been so far, Quality and Successful Projects.

Background

We always reiterate the same data that have been provided during the last closures of Erasmus+ Projects. Our Educational Centre is in a rural environment far from a big city and even further away from advantages or opportunities for the citizens who live in our environment, not to mention the communication and transport with the large population centres. The productive sectors, livestock, agriculture and to a lesser extent, construction. It takes in students from all over the region and students from the provinces of Seville, Huelva and Cordoba due to their proximity. At the end of their studies, students find it difficult to find work in our area and if they want to continue studying at higher levels, they have to go to those cities that offer more and better opportunities, so sometimes they do not return and this has a direct influence on the depopulation of our area. With Erasmus+, we offer different alternatives to learn, to know, to see and to travel, so it is a project that as it has been growing in numbers, has allowed to be known in our region thanks to the work of the Erasmus+ Team of the Centre, which has allowed and has potentially enriched the projects with their work and enthusiasm and experiences.
