The main objectives that we hoped to achieve with the execution of the project were: - Offer an experience of personal, linguistic development and personal maturation for students of the intermediate level training cycle of Microcomputer Systems and Networks and the basic professional training cycle of Office Computing. - Promote access to a professional internship for students with fewer opportunities and at risk of exclusion. - Consolidate the participation of our center in international projects, using the experience accumulated during these last courses. - Improve the employability of our students, both with their improvement in linguistic training and their greater autonomy after participating in mobilities in foreign countries. - Promote the realization of mobilities with ecological transport, taking advantage of the proximity of our center to Portugal.
The IES Pazo da Mercé is a public high school that offers training in secondary education, baccalaureate and basic, intermediate and higher level vocational training cycles in the Computer Science and Communications family. The center is located in a rural environment with a low level of economic development, which makes us value as key elements the programs that allow the internationalization of the center's activities and the exchange of experiences with other educational centers. This is why the center has participated for many years in programs such as the UNESCO Schools Network and, in the field of vocational training, in the Erasmus+ program.
