The IES Nuevas Poblaciones proposes with this Project to increase the number of students for the Initial Vocational Training of the two professional families of our center, electricity and administrative. In recent years the number of students in these teachings has decreased and we believe that with this Project we can motivate and increase enrollment. On the other hand, the participation of our center in Programs for the mobility of Vocational Training would further favor its internalization. In addition, our students will get to know another labor market and will become aware of the need to improve their knowledge and professional skills. In addition, we would promote the inclusion of students of legal age with family responsibilities, little training and professional trajectories that combine activity and unemployment; also minor students, ideal candidates to promote their maturity. Carrying out training activities (Training Modules in Work Centers (FCT)) in a company or institution in another European country will favor adaptation to a new social and cultural environment, improve language skills and help raise awareness of the European dimension.
