The main objective is to integrate and facilitate recent graduates in the world of work and/or to acquire vocational training abroad The students who take this cycle do not have a great academic training but thanks to the training obtained they can immediately access the world of work. Training and employment opportunities in the sports sector and activities in the natural environment are sought in the European Union. We believe that being able to access a place to gain work experience abroad is an immense motivation for students. On the other hand, thanks to this experience abroad, the selected students have the opportunity to get out of their "comfort zone" by getting out of their routine and develop their entrepreneurial spirit. At the IES of Porto do Son, classes are taught in the Intermediate Grade Cycle of GUIDE IN THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND FREE TIME in addition to the stages of ESO and Baccalaureate. The students who take this cycle do not have a great academic training but thanks to the training obtained they will be able to immediately access the world of work. As a result of their academic characteristics, these students are not usually motivated, which is why new teaching methods and innovative instruments to transmit knowledge are promoted in order to motivate them. The project is aimed at recent graduate students whose age ranges from 16 to 28 years old. Most of them are students who have limited economic resources but who nevertheless have great potential, as people and as future professionals, very wasted in some cases due to lack of possibilities. Many of the families are broken up and some live in small villages or isolated houses in the countryside. That is why I consider it important to involve them in a European project, to give them the opportunity to evolve both professionally and personally. These students do not have any work experience other than the completion of the FCT period.
