Background

IES Azarquiel is one of the largest secondary schools in its area, traditionally known for its vocational studies section. We have over a thousand students yearly out of which a seventy percent take part in vocational training programas. Our organization strives to provide its students with the best education possible and it's in this context that we have considered taking part in diverse Erasmus projects as a key element. In the last years we have been funded by Erasmus in the context of KA 130 HED projects, we have also taken part in Comenius programs and we have a solid partnership with secondary schools from Germany and Sweden who we organize exchanges with on a regular basis. It is now that we have considered opening the scope of activities to cover the students in VET as a step into obtaining a KA120 acreditation that would enable the school to remain uptodated in teaching methods and broaden the scope to many more students who are not profiting that much of these opportunites so far. The moment seems correct as the director of the school who leads these innitiatives has a steady group of teachers which are willing to undergo these projects-
