With this project, on the one hand we wanted to give the participants the opportunity to have a work experience abroad that contributes to their professional and personal level, which, due to the students' characteristics, they would not have been able to carry out. More specifically, in the area of transversal skills, we have meant to work on autonomy, responsibility, punctuality and problem solving, and on the other hand, with regard to the more general aspects of the program, it was paramount to instill values in our students. such as the respect for diversity, for European democratic values and towards a global and multicultural society. More specifically, in the field of technical skills, we wanted to work on the Learning Results of the area in question, always matching them with other more general ones such as the learning of foreign languages and the digitalization of their daily lives.
As a school committed to the Erasmus+ program and European values, and with the conviction that being part of Europe through international projects helps the students of an educational center to be better students, better professionals and better citizens, and with the objective of continuing to internationalize our Vocational Training school, strengthening our networks of host associations and other Vocational Training centers, STUCOM ESART has carried out sixteen mobilities with groups of VET students that have travelled to Italy, where students have carried out work placements for a period of approximately four weeks in the summer of 2023 in the fields of social and health care (Dependency Assistance, Auxiliary Nursing Care and Pharmacy and Parapharmacy) and in the field of IT (Microcomputer Systems and Networks).
