Promote an international professional experience among students with the aim of getting to know a new health system and new work styles. Participation in this mobility results in greater linguistic competence (use of English as a vehicular language) and digital competence (online monitoring of internships with their centre tutors).
Our organization is a Vocational Training center with studies in the areas of Health and Administration. In this case, a mobility has been carried out to develop training practices for CFGM Auxiliary Nursing Care students in Portugal and Finland, within the training in workplace module (non-graduate students). In the case of Portugal it was the first time that we carried out a mobility of this type, however, for years we have been collaborating with the Finnish centre, with which we have had great success in previous mobilities.
