In Vocational Training Studies, the collaboration between the labour market and the teaching world is extremely important; students are trained, in most cases, for working at the end of their studies. Therefore, contact with similar European companies and institutions is a very significant improvement, new working methods are learned that invite reflection on how these tasks are carried out in Spain and how they are carried out abroad, this reflection usually results in the improvement of teaching processes for teachers, and work methodology for students who enter to the labour market. The greatest challenge for Vocational Education and Training is the rapid advance of innovation in industry. Current innovation in companies has to be transmitted to schools for both students and staff. Communication and cooperation between companies and schools is essential. Mobility of students for internships and of staff for observation and teaching is what was intended to achieve the objectives proposed in the project.
At the Juan Comenius Cooperativa Valenciana centre we are more than 130 professionals dedicated to teaching students at all non-university educational levels. One of our main values is educational inclusion. We have ISO 9001:2015 Certification in the field of formal vocational training and continuing education. Within the GOAL OF THIS PROJECT are the CFGM in Administrative Management, Telecommunications Installations and Video Disc-jockey and Sound (Private). All of them in Dual and non-dual VET modality. Most of the accredited Certificates of Professionalism are level II and III of LABORA, with initial codes: ADGD, ARG, ELEC, ELEQ, ELES, ELET, FCC, IFC, IMS, TM. The youngest students in the vocational training studies are 16 years old and we may have students aged 30 or over, while in the vocational certificates, the age of the students is higher. The students targeted by these scholarships come mainly from the area of the centre, an area of middle class workers, who by their own economic means would not be able to afford a training in Europe. Some come from disadvantaged groups in the area (immigrants, students with special needs, scholarship holders...).
