Objectives. Implementing the mobilities initially planned in the project. One staff mobility for training. The main objective has been to implement the only mobility activity initially planned in the awarded project.One teaching staff mobility for training. This is the first 26-month Higher Education mobility project that we implement within the new Erasmus+ 2021-2027 programme because we didn't participate in 2021 call Our organization IES Gabriel Miró wants to resume the Erasmus+ mobilities of students and teaching staff in the Higher Level Training Cycles (CFGS), considered Short Cycle Higher Studies in the Spanish education system and ISCED 5 level, according to UNESCO for tertiary programs oriented to professional practice: CFGS Early Childhood Education, CFGS Social Integration and CFGS Promotion of Gender Equality. Project background: IES Gabriel Miró has regularly requested and executed Higher Education mobility projects as the main axis of its internationalization strategy, an aspect that has supported and improved its long-term internal development.Sixteen years of previous continuous experience in mobility activities in Higher Education financed with European funds through the OAPEE with Erasmus 2007-2013 of the Lifelong Learning (PAP), with the SEPIE National Agency with Erasmus+ 2014-2020 and currently with Erasmus+ 2021-2027. These projects were interrupted only once, in the KA103 2020 call due to the crisis caused by the Covid pandemic. At that time, it was decided to continue with the active projects of the KA103 2018 and KA103 2019 calls and to return the recently approved KA103 2020 project in its entirety. Although four mobility activities were requested for this KA131 2022 project, the SEPIE National Agency chose to take as a reference the mobilities carried out in the last project granted, and it was not taken into account that we had implemented other active Higher Education projects with more mobilities and funding from the 2018 and 2019 calls and that it was ss a result of this parameter when granting mobilities, this project has a single staff mobility for training. Objectives proposed as a beneficiary institution: To improve and develop the internationalisation strategy of our centre and to give continuity to the European mobility experiences of staff for training that we have been implementing since 2013. We also hope that this project, although small, will serve as an opportunity for new partners to meet to offer future participating students the improvement of the professional skills associated with their profiles in the field of Early Childhood Education, Social Integration and the Promotion of Gender Equality: Collaborate and participate in the nursery school, Organization of the field of intervention in services to children, social integration and the promotion of gender equality by adopting a professional attitude and actively integrating into multidisciplinary work teams.
