Before reflecting on and responding to each of the questions that comprise this final project report, I want to clarify the initial situation for managing it. On July 1, 2023, there was a change in leadership at our institution, and a new management team took over. The coordination of the Erasmus programs was handed over to the new pedagogical coordination team without any prior information about the existing situation. As of this date, we found that only this mobility project (KA131-HED-000052025) was active, with a start date of June 1, 2022, and an end date of July 31, 2024. By this point, only 4 short-term student training mobilities had been carried out in October 2022, 2 student internship mobilities in June 2023, and 2 staff training mobilities in June 2023. Consequently, at the beginning of the 2023-2024 academic year, we were faced with the challenge of managing a scholarship budget within a very limited timeframe. The new mobility team's intention was to maximize the number of mobilities, primarily for students. This ambitious goal had to be achieved despite the fact that we needed to promote the program, select candidates, and secure necessary host companies within just a few months.
