Firmly convinced that the internationalization of the school benefits our students, in addition to the specific objectives of the Workplace Training, the following goals are pursued: - Increase the employability of our students. - Enhance their foreign language proficiency. - Learn procedures related to their professional profile that differ from those typically practiced in companies in our area. - Acquire greater personal maturity. - Share the professional and personal experience among the high school students. - Host students from other schools to offer them training in companies and facilitate knowledge exchange between these students and our students. Regarding the TEACHING STAFF: - Improve training in the corresponding professional profile. - Improve the quality of our students' training programs in companies within their sector. - Share the training received in the professional area of the participating teacher. - Establish relationships with European institutions to promote joint projects that contribute to the improvement of our students' training. - Enhance the quality of our students' European mobility experiences.
