Objectives

In this project we set several objectives. During the execution of the 2021 Erasmus project we signed a new agreement with the University of Bielsko-Biala in Poland. As a consequence, we received a visit from the Erasmus Coordinator of the aforementioned University, Aleksandra Hasior; and the Head of Department of Hispanic Language Studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Agnieszka Palion-Musioł. During their stay at our institution we gained their trust to establish future collaboration; and from there it comes our first objective for this 2022 project, which is to consolidate relations with our new partner in Poland, an objective that was successfully achieved by first carrying out a training mobility; and, later, two teaching mobilities. A second objective for this project was to continue the collaboration with the organizations with which we have inter-institutional agreements, for this purpose teaching mobilities were carried out with the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia, with Solski Center Postojna, also in Slovenia and with the University of Katowice in Poland. Another of our objectives was to extend participation in Erasmus+ Higher Education projects to more professors from the Business Administration department and Management Team of our institution. In this project, three teachers participate for the first time in Erasmus mobilities by carrying out teaching mobilities. In each project we aim to contact new institutions and try to reach collaboration agreements. In these lines we want to point out, to whom this report is directed and to others who may be interested in reading it, that achieving an inter-institutional agreement with a University is a very complicated task and requires several online meetings; email correspondence is not enough. Universities usually collaborate with other Universities and do not understand that they can do so with Secondary Education institutions. In this sense, we must make a great effort so that they understand that we offer studies of Higher Education through Vocational Training, show them our Erasmus Charter, etc. Even with everything well explained, they have denied us collaboration in some of them. Fortunately, the University of Gdansk in Poland listened to our offer of collaboration and we have signed an inter-institutional agreement that for the first time we did using the online tool Erasmus Without Papers (EWP Dashboard) and we have held several online coordination meetings with the aim of making mobilities of Job Shadowing and teaching in future calls. And finally, with the institutions with which we have strengthened ties, we look for the right environment and coordinate the possibility for our students who are taking their last Higher Degree in Administration and Finance course to do training internships in companies. In short, our strategy in each project is summarized in the following objectives: - Sign new Inter-Institutional agreements and consolidate our relationships with the new organization by coordinating Training and Teaching mobilities. - Provide continuity to already established relationships and extend participation to other teachers. - Motivate our students to do training practices in countries of the European Union and find them the right environment to carry out this task.
