To achieve the following goals setting out in the ECHE Charter. These objectives are: - ERASMUS 1.1. To promote access for students, in particular vulnerable groups, to Erasmus+ mobilities. - ERASMUS 2.2. To develop awareness of European citizenship by promoting the mobilities of staff and students through Erasmus programs. - ERASMUS 4.1. To promote mobilities for staff in training structured courses, with the aim of improving their basic skills (linguistic, digital, specific) to develop the innovation in our institution. The implementation of this project supported the foundation for the next Erasmus projects in our institution coneccting to the objectives of the ECHE Charter: -ERASMUS 4.2. To promote the mobilities of Vocational Training teachers which aims to carry out projects for the exchange of experiences through Job-Shadow as the way to improve the quality of VET teaching. - ERASMUS 8.1 To establish agreements with European institutions to collaborate in the search for companies and to generate future strategic partnerships aims to carry out environmental sustainability projects (reuse and recycling) In addition, through the management of this project, it was possible to deepen the objectives of the ECHE charter: - ERASMUS 2.1. to establish communication protocols without papers, only digital way, in all aspects of the management of the Erasmus project, with all agents: staff, institutions, companies and students. - ERASMUS 3.2. To strengthen the staff participating in the Institute's Erasmus Team, as the axis of coordination of the Erasmus projects, with clear definitions of the functions of each agent.
