The project 2022-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000052805 has been fundamental to continue the internationalisation process of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM). With this project we hoped to improve the linguistic and digital competences of the participants through immersion in a foreign-speaking environment, with online collaborative work and making use of various digital tools. The aim was to foster cultural exchange and intercultural understanding between students and staff of different nationalities. It also aimed to develop both professional and personal skills through practical experiences in an international context and to promote cooperation and networking between educational institutions and organisations from different countries. In addition, it aimed to increase the employability of participants by providing them with international experiences to enrich their curricula. We hoped to strengthen European identity and a sense of European citizenship among the participants. We also wanted to encourage innovation and educational improvement through the exchange of good practices and methodologies between institutions. We intended to support the internationalisation of participating educational institutions and facilitate the development of joint research and development projects between entities from different countries and, of course, we wanted to promote inclusion and diversity by offering mobility opportunities to people from different backgrounds and contexts, fostering tolerance and respect for all cultures.
