IES Tirant lo Blanc wishes to continue promoting the European dimension by participating in European projects and activities that promote employability, the improvement of communication skills and digital-technological education. On the other hand, we consider it essential to acquire new teaching-learning methodologies that respond to the real work needs of the environment. An improvement in the management of educational projects with an international dimension is essential and especially with regard to the management and achievement of training internships (FCT) in European companies. The specific objectives that we intended to achieve are: combat unemployment, stimulate creativity and innovation with the entrepreneurial spirit, promote autonomy and the ability to take an active part in European society, becoming aware of our extensive European cultural heritage and the desire to preserve it, as well as the linguistic and cultural diversity of the countries that make it up. With the participation of teachers in mobilities we aim to improve linguistic skills and teaching abilities in technological and scientific sectors adapted to the new demands of the labor market.
