In the educational field, the main objective is for our students to complement their training in international companies and get to know another language and culture, as well as to immerse themselves in European values. Likewise, with the participation of teachers in the mobilities, it was hoped to implement in our center the improvement measures that they have detected in educational centers in other countries, in addition to establishing reliable and lasting collaboration channels and contacts with which to build stable projects for the future, sharing experiences and good practices in relation to the different professional families that are part of our Educational Community. On a personal level, students were expected to develop their maturity and independence and their ability to coexist with their peers in a different environment, outside their comfort zone, facing new challenges and acquiring skills and abilities to overcome them, such as the soft skills that are in high demand in today's professional sectors.
