The Erasmus+ project at Institut Cal·lípolis aimed to provide students and staff with opportunities to enhance their personal, academic, and professional development through international mobility. By participating in traineeships and staff training abroad, the project sought to promote inclusion, digitalization, and sustainability, aligning with both the Erasmus+ program's priorities and the institution's internationalization strategy. The main objectives included: - Developing practical skills and language proficiency for students. - Fostering professional growth and knowledge exchange for staff. - Encouraging the participation of students with fewer opportunities, particularly those facing economic barriers. - Strengthening the institution's capacity for European and international collaboration. Through these goals, the project aimed to prepare participants for the European job market, enhance their global awareness, and contribute to the overall quality of vocational education.
