At organization level, we wanted to incorporate improvements from the evaluation of the previous project, consolidate the project's protocolisation by completing the incorporation of improvements, further consolidate our modernisation agenda, manage funds with transparency and efficiency, guarantee higher quality training and establish the implementation of traineeships in Europe within our higher education offer, attracting students to our organisation due to the internationalisation of HIE teaching. As for the students, our objectives were to improve their professional and personal competences and experiences, their linguistic competence and their knowledge of other languages and cultures, as well as inclusion and ecological transition. We also wanted to encourage greater student participation in the aftermath of the pandemic. As for teachers, although we did not request funds for them, we wanted to further promote professional experiences and finally funds from the OS budget line have been used for a mobility. As for other organisations, our aim was to maintain good relations with partner companies and to expand the number of organisations and countries hosting our students and teachers.
