In this project, 5 mobilities have been carried out for internships for our Higher Vocational Training students, and one staff mobility to conduct a Job Shadowing. The objectives pursued by the School with the project are consistent with the purpose of our participation in the Erasmus Project. In the specific case of this project, the objectives that we can highlight are: • Improve the professional skills of our students through the experience of undertaking internships abroad, thus enhancing their employability. • Improve the readiness of both students to work abroad, as well as in labor relations and the acceptance of multiculturalism. • Promote and enrich the learning of the English language and knowledge of cultures from different countries while fostering a sense of belonging to the European Union. • Foster in our students and staff competitiveness, entrepreneurship, and the skills and competencies required in the European labor market. • Improve the professional skills of our staff through the observation of work experiences in renowned European institutes with innovative training activities. • Create an international network of relationships in our center with other training centers, European technology companies, and professionals in the sector.
