The Integrated Public Center for Vocational Training Los Enlaces (CPIFP Centro Público Integrado de Formación Profesional in Spanish) is a public vocational training center located in Zaragoza, offering education in the professional fields of commerce, IT, and audiovisual media. As part of the Erasmus program, the center has an internationalization strategy supported by the ECHE Charter 2021-2027 and the Erasmus Accreditation for Vocational Training. It participates in KA121, KA131, and KA171 actions. The aim of this project was to achieve the internationalization strategy's objectives related to mobilities, which include not only improving participants' technical, linguistic, and cultural skills, but also fostering more inclusive education connected to the demands of the international professional environment. Specifically, the project aimed to achieve the following initial objectives: 1. For participating students: 1A) Improve their employability by acquiring key skills aligned with labor market needs 1B) Enhance their knowledge of language and technical culture 1C) Develop technical and professional skills within their professional field through practical experiences abroad 2. For participating staff: 2A) Improve linguistic and methodological skills 2B) Promote educational digitalization, contributing to the modernization of fields, especially technical ones 3. For CPIFP Los Enlaces, as an organization: 3A) Provide high-quality mobilities, ensuring proper planning and monitoring 3B) Promote social inclusion by offering opportunities to all students and encouraging the participation of those with different characteristics 3C) Establish partnerships with additional organizations In addition to these objectives, quantitative goals were set: 4) Carry out the highest number of successful student mobilities for internships in companies 5) Carry out the highest number of teacher or staff mobilities 6) Bring European culture closer to students and staff who traditionally do not participate in Erasmus mobilities, through the exchange of good practices and educational innovation 7) Execute 100% of the budget, optimizing the resources allocated to the project
