Our institution's main objective is to transcend the limitations of living in an archipelago and being an outermost region, promoting opportunities for learning, training, cooperation and communication between our students, teachers and the European business world, and to begin to expand mobilities outside Europe, with international mobilities. To fully exploit the potential of education and culture as a driver for job creation, social justice and active citizenship, as well as a means of living European identity in all its diversity. HEIs are necessary to provide another way of being and doing, in a globalized world such as today's, in constant labor and social change. Therefore, the goal is to continue with the development of the internationalization of the institute, supporting actions beyond the local, in an open and flexible environment. With the realization of this project, the aim was to achieve the objectives that our center has set out in the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
