The main objective of the Programme is to support students in vocational training courses and teachers through lifelong learning with stays abroad to contribute to sustainable growth, quality employment and social development as European citizens. At the level of our centre, the general objectives are: - To continue strengthening the Erasmus+ project in FP to make it reach the maximum number of participants possible each year and create a solid structure through our network of European contacts and continue growing and disseminating the project. - To promote mobility for learning for students and teachers, since the productive sector of hospitality and tourism demands professionals who are perfectly trained both in the linguistic field and in the specific field of the profession. - To support both students and teachers to break down the physical wall between countries and thus develop the European identity. - To promote cooperation between companies, young people and organizations by promoting quality, inclusion, creativity and innovation. - Apply and put into practice in the classroom what we have learned during our Job Shadowing courses to enrich our innovative methodologies and content. The specific objectives of vocational training are: - Reduce unemployment, especially among young people. - Promote adult education, especially in the new skills and qualifications required by the labour market. - Encourage young people to participate in the democratic life of Europe. - Reduce early school leaving. Highlight the trajectory that our centre has had in the field of internationalization: from not having any European Project in Vocational Training, to creating a solid and stable coordination based on which this one in particular is our second Erasmus+ Project. The main long-term objective that our centre had was the implementation of a successful Erasmus+ project and we confirm that we are working in the right direction.
