- Objectives of the internationalisation team: One of the key objectives of this project has been to effectively manage the transition in the coordination of the internationalisation team. Given the change in coordination, special emphasis has been placed on ensuring that the knowledge accumulated in previous years, both in the management of European projects and in the relationship with international partners, is fully and effectively transmitted to the new team coordinator. To this end, we have sought to facilitate a smooth transition, where the former coordinator has played an active role not only in the training of the new coordinator, but also in the consolidation of the existing cooperation networks. - Dissemination objectives: In this project, our objective in relation to dissemination is to address one of our biggest current problems: the low number of applications for mobilities. To encourage student participation, it is necessary to create effective initiatives that include the continuation of Erasmus tutoring, take advantage of "good morning" activities to share the testimonies of students who have participated in mobilities, and maintain a section dedicated to Erasmus mobilities during graduation. We will also continue to record informative podcasts. In addition, new initiatives are being proposed for this project, such as a presentation at the center in which a technician with experience working abroad will emphasize the importance of including this type of experience in the curriculum vitae. This activity aims to motivate students to consider international mobility opportunities as a valuable aspect for their professional development. - Objectives for student mobilities: Our objective, in line with the efforts initiated last year after the stoppage caused by the pandemic, remains to increase both the number of students who submit their mobility application and the number of annual mobilities. However, this growth must be accompanied by a clear priority: to maintain and improve the quality of mobilities. The internationalisation team at the centre is committed to ensuring that each phase of the mobility process is managed with the utmost care and supervision, even if this means that the growth in the number of mobilities carried out is not as rapid. A fundamental aspect is to ensure that the host companies are of quality, both in terms of training and working conditions, to avoid situations that force the team to look for other companies during the mobility and that the students suffer the negative consequences of this change. Our aim is for students to enjoy a stable and enriching professional experience from the very first moment. Likewise, special attention will be paid to accommodation, one of the most sensitive factors in the experience of students abroad. Although it is the students who ultimately decide where to live, the internationalisation team will be responsible for closely monitoring the conditions of the accommodation and, whenever possible, offering personalised support during the first days of the mobility, ensuring that the students adapt adequately to both their work environment and their new place of residence. - Objectives for staff mobilities: A crucial aspect has been to ensure that the new coordinator has direct contact with the European partners with whom the centre has already worked in previous projects. This has included both host companies and educational institutions, in order to maintain and strengthen the relationships already established, which is essential for the continued success of the mobility projects. In addition, joint participation in training activities and meetings with strategic partners has been promoted, which has allowed the new coordinator to gradually and effectively integrate into the team dynamics and international contacts. This transition has been designed with the aim of ensuring that the internationalisation team maintains its high level of efficiency and quality in managing Erasmus projects, without losing the valuable knowledge accumulated over the years. Another objective was to acquire new methodologies and innovative approaches to encourage active student participation and to design effective activities based on communicative approaches and task-based learning was one of the main objectives of the training. This update is particularly relevant in light of the upcoming approval of a new Vocational Training Act which will include technical English as a compulsory subject at all levels, including Higher Education.
