Objectives

The IES JARDINES DE PUERTA OSCURA, in its modernization and internationalization agenda, presented its KA-103 project for the 2022-24 academic year. This center has a Higher Degree Cycle of the Administration family. In this cycle, the FCT, Training in Workplaces, appears as a necessary module to obtain the title. In the Higher Cycle, students can choose to take the F.C.T. module. in EU countries thanks to the Erasmus+ project of which the center has been a part since 2014 with the ECHE charter, and previously with the collaboration agreements with the Junta de Andalucía through the Consortium uninterruptedly since 2002, which indicates a great organizational and continued effort in pursuit of an improvement in the quality of continuing training and the internationalization of the IES JARDINES DE PUERTA OSCURA in Málaga, in a disadvantaged environment from a socioeconomic point of view. (the IES is a Compensation Center). The objectives of the Eche Charter assumed by the center are to strengthen the internationalization strategy of the center, in relation to the project that was expected to be carried out and which are the following: - Mobility of students, to be able to carry out internships in different companies in surrounding countries. Given that the project lasts 2 courses, it was intended that there would be 6 mobilities, distributed over the two courses. During the first year of the project, after encouraging students to benefit from this program, of the two students who were going to do their European internships, only one remained, after having organized all the work for two of them. In the following year, we were also able to allow two students to benefit from the program and we were not able to use the rest of the mobilities this last year. Mobility of teaching staff, to promote continuous learning, improve educational quality, and facilitate the search for partners and increase international relations that allow Erasmus+ projects to ensure their permanence over the years and promote new educational practices and methodological, in this case, whether all the mobilities planned for 4 teachers or staff were covered. To carry out the student mobility, on the one hand, intermediary companies were used, and in one case, it was the agreement directly with a company involved in the Netherlands, where it would be carried out by a student. The teacher mobility was done with the help of intermediary and training companies that successfully carry out job shadowing for staff and teachers.
