This year we continue to "enrich lives and open minds" with Erasmus+HIGHER Mobility opportunities in different partner countries such as France, Portugal, Ireland and Finland. The overall objective of the programme is to support, through lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people in the fields of education and training, youth and sport, in Europe. This contributes to sustainable growth, quality employment and social cohesion, to fostering innovation and to strengthening European identity and active citizenship. The trajectory of our institution is reflected in our experience in European projects since 2007 making us feel committed to give continuity with the aim of building an educational community with Europe generating modernization and internationalization to our organization. For IES Santiago Hernández, mobility and cooperation are the central elements of its institutional internationalisation policy. We want to maintain the objectives and commitments that we specified in the ECHE 2021 2027 charter. Regarding the students participating in the work placement mobilities, their profile continues to be the following: They are 2nd year students, from any of the 25 FP professional families that are studied in the Autonomous Community of Aragon. The average age of the participants is 20 years old. Teachers: They generally teach technical subjects, which means that they need to constantly update their technical knowledge and skills necessary to develop the subjects.
