CIFP Profesor Raúl Vázquez is a public integrated Vocational Training Center in Community of Madrid. It offers vocational training modules and training for employment, all of them related to the professional family of ‘Transport and Maintenance of Vehicles’. Our center is located in Puente de Vallecas. It is a working-class neighborhood, located in a district in the eastern area of Madrid. The project has been carried out with the aim that students of the higher level of training cycles taught in the center: Automotive, Aeromechanical Maintenance of Turbine Engines and Electronic Systems Maintenance in Aircraft, have the opportunity to carry out the module of Work Center Training or FCT in companies in European countries such as Germany, Belgium, Ireland and Slovenia. This module is included in the curriculum of these training cycles and has a timetable of 370 hours (Automotive) or 460 hours (Aircraft). The students' previous level of education corresponds to Baccaleaureum or medium vocational training degree, with an average age of 22 years old. We also looked for mobilities of higher vocational training teachers, mainly in higher education centers similar to ours, to carry out training periods or work experience (shadowing). The center has been managing European projects since 2009, when we obtained the ECHE letter. Since then, we have managed around 120 mobilities of higher vocational training students. Our main challenge has been to guarantee to all participants a good mobility experience and learning outcomes, the development and reinforcement of exchanges, cooperation and mobility of the members of the educational community. To this end, we set the following milestones: - Improve the dissemination and broaden the impact of mobilities. - To increase the involvement and participation of staff in European programs. - Include apprentices from dual vocational training in the projects. - Consolidate and expand the number of destinations for mobilities. - Improving document management. Our main goals have been to improve language skills, promote the international dimension of the center, increase the use of information and communication media and technologies; improve document management, increase the employability of our students, develop a common framework for collaboration between peer centers in different countries and promote the transnational exchange of knowledge, experiences and teaching and learning procedures. The specific objectives related to the collaboration projects have been: 1- To contribute to the development of quality education and training. 2- To help improve the quality, attractiveness and accessibility of education and training opportunities. 3- To help promote creativity, competitiveness, employability and the growth of entrepreneurship. 4- To encourage greater participation of people of all ages, including those with special needs and those belonging to disadvantaged groups. 5- To promote language learning and linguistic diversity. 6- To use information and communication media and technologies (ICT). 7- To promote European values, tolerance and respect for communities and cultures. 8- To promote cooperation in all sectors of education and training. 9- To exchange good practices
