The aim of this Erasmus+ project is to benefit the educational community because it allows students to improve their professional and personal skills, working in an international work environment and living in a country where they will have to adapt to the culture and language. This means that students are more tolerant and see that there are other ways to contribute to their training, not only from a work perspective, but also by participating in the cultural immersion of each country. Living in the Canary Islands is a great challenge for our students, who voluntarily undertake European mobility to reinforce their learning and acquire a broader European vision. For the educational centre, it means establishing international ties and collaborations that allow us to exchange knowledge and methodologies, as well as expanding the employability options of our students. Our society will benefit from professionals who can provide new perspectives in this globalised labour market in which we find ourselves. In short, it is an enriching experience that strengthens our educational community, thus contributing to a stronger Europe in values, diversity and tolerance.
