IES F. Ribalta is a state high school of Castellón that teaches ESO, Baccalaureate, Basic Vocational Training and VET courses (on the premises and blended-distance learning). As a public institution, our school is fully aware of the fact that we are immersed in a European society and the objectives it hopes to achieve by executing the project are: 1- To learn the exercise of a profession by doing internships in quality European companies and institutions, with the added value of using a different language. 2- To exchange professional experiences and good practices in vocational training, which will allow for innovation in the academic and work environment, developing pedagogical competences of the teaching staff. 3- To increase among the staff the knowledge of techniques that can be used to motivate students in their training process. 4- To increase the knowledge of social, linguistic and cultural aspects in order to increase the European feeling of students and teaching staff. 5- To modernize and increase the international openness of the high school, establishing professional linking networks with other EU countries to promote future cooperation. 6- To get to know institutions and companies in which our students can carry out quality internships abroad. 7- Increase students' soft and social skills, European values and resilience. After setting these objectives, 2 mobilities for teacher training (STT) and 7 student internships (SMP) have been granted.
