This K103 project had the following objectives: Continue introducing and promoting the development of quality mobility by fostering internationalization at Hacer Creativo and enhancing transnational cooperation among the participating Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Offer mobility opportunities for staff at our institution for the first time. Provide a variety of attractive destinations through collaboration agreements with high-level HEIs in the field of design. Improve the employability of participants in mobility projects as an indirect result. Enhance the interpersonal skills and personal growth of participants through the mobility experience. Strengthen the contribution of mobility in education to social cohesion, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, gender equality, and personal fulfillment. Encourage greater participation in mobility for learning purposes and language exchange. Promote greater participation in mobility for people of all ages, including those with special needs and from disadvantaged groups. Strengthen a sense of EU citizenship based on the understanding and respect of human rights and democracy.
