The Erasmus+ mobility project for students and staff of the University of Alcalá, framed in the European Strategy for Universities and in accordance with the commitments of the ECHE, seeks to strengthen the European dimension of the institution. The objectives of this project are: 1. To consolidate the intra-European mobility programmes of the UAH as measures and instruments of support in the learning and acquisition of competences of our student body, as well as in the academic careers and training of our staff within the European and international context. 2. To increase the participation of our university community in mobility programmes and thus foster a culture of internationalisation of the UAH, transversal to all its activities, including the administrative processes that support it, as well as to promote curricular internationalisation and digital learning in a global context. 3. To deepen the acquisition of essential transversal skills, such as communication, critical thinking and interculturality, preparing the university community to face global challenges, such as climate change and digital transformation.
