With this project, we hoped to achieve the following: For the students, we aimed to provide training internships in EU companies to enhance their skills in a foreign language, adapt to different work environments, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop their social and communication skills. Additionally, we wanted them to experience other cultures, gain more autonomy, and enhance their problem-solving abilities. For the teaching staff, the goal was to discover new methodologies and teaching-learning activities, improve their communication skills in a foreign language, strengthen relationships between educational institutions, and consequently foster the internationalization of our institution for future collaborative projects. All these actions are aimed at improving the educational and training quality of our center and contributing to the professional development of both students and teachers. Moreover, this project also seeks to encourage the mobility of future qualified workers to foreign countries for work or further studies, thereby enhancing the European perspective of our population and fostering a sense of belonging to the European Union. We also aimed to improve inclusion and equality among individuals by conducting a selection process for participants in an objective and transparent manner.
