Our center is located in a region with a high unemployment rate, particularly among young people. In order to increase employability, we aim to provide high-quality training that integrates a strategy for skill enhancement with language proficiency development. Through the implementation of the training strategies in our educational plan, we primarily seek to prepare students for employment in various settings. The experience gained from Erasmus+ programs offers students a broader perspective of the labor market, encouraging entrepreneurship and developing their ability to integrate into both small and large companies in their field, while also facilitating geographic mobility. This comprehensive training, which incorporates a global view of the labor market, provides students with greater confidence when entering the workforce. Our strategic training plan emphasizes the holistic development of our students, including the growth of personal and social skills, which are essential for their professional success and can only be strengthened through experiences in diverse environments.
