Universidad Europea Madrid applied to Erasmus+ project 2022 with the main objective of getting European mobilities with quality results at learning academic and leaving experiences. This was increasingly demanded by students and workers of any type. We needed activities and agreements adapted to new global situation: since natural, political and economical disasters came. And, in general: Internationalize participants and institution, develop horizontal priorities from 2030 Agenda, and accomplish ECHE card coopering were the base for an economically tight project adapted to everyone. Foresing bad 2021 results for using 2020 extended founds, we requested less money on 2022. At the same time, we strived into encourage students and workers in retaking mobilities adapted to new reality. This, changed the necessity and experience of learning and teaching, universities’ aim, so we must provide the tools for improve the future society. Concretely, at our institution, the idea was to increase staff and less opportunities mobilities, but also reach the stays of online and our international students. Indeed, there were some degrees which non mobility, so we must look for activities for them. For this, we must work into European values such as equality and inclusion diary to attract conceived people, looking for the best professional but also personal results at the mobilities. For all this, our office planned internal and external changes with the rest departments and also national or international institutions, to perform new ideas during this and following projects inside and outside our limits. To build a new entity of international relations and finish with the concept of mobility office, we must work together, optimize resources, improve the agreements, educate in values inside and outside the classes, and finally globalize. Finally and for pretending all this, we started the new project with lot of learning and looking for ecological and efficient work, by digitalization and social media. Despite the issues at Beneficiary Module and Erasmus Without Papers, we persist on reach all the interested parties but also to create new ones into Europeanization even trying to generate european educative university alliance.
