Goals In our school project we include the following goals within our dimension of internationalization: a) Increase the number of teachers and students who go on an exchange outside Spain. b) Increase the quality of teaching so that it will have an impact on our student´s learning and they will be better prepared before facing their inclusion in the workforce. prepared before facing their inclusion in the workforce. c) Reinforce knowledge by doing training in an exchange program in a real environment in a different country, giving teachers and students the opportunity to enrich themselves with the experience of living in another country and culture, which will enrich their personality, professionalism and academic level, stimulating their ability to adapt to different work environments and contributing to establishing intercultural relationships with European Union member countries. d) Increase alliances/agreements with companies and institutions, not just on mobilities: information exchanges, processes, machinery, experiences etc...
