Objectives

The Erasmus+ K131 Project of IES Fernando de Rojas in Salamanca is aimed at students in the Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education (TSEI) program. This profile enables students to work as educators in nurseries and child care centers with children aged between 0 and 6 years. The TSEI teaching team is working on a strategy to renew the early childhood education sector in Salamanca, called "Best Practices in Early Childhood Education". The goal is to create greater coherence between classroom discourse and the reality students encounter during their internships (FCT), while also responding to a social demand for this type of educational model. Therefore, the objectives of our Erasmus+ Project, in addition to the general goals of the Program itself and the Europe 2020 education strategy, can be summarized as follows: To offer teachers and students training experiences in active education through knowledge of leading European experiences. To create a network of active schools that generates synergies between teachers and professionals across Europe. To introduce dynamic elements into the professional sector that make our students more employable.
