The first objective is to provide the opportunity for all our Higher Vocational Education students to carry out internships in a European company. We offer 5 higher education cycles, so our goal is to offer at least one mobility for each cycle, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to participate. Once on mobility, the objective is practical training for the students, the improvement of their language skills, and gaining knowledge of the culture and way of life in another European country. The second objective is to train staff by offering them the opportunity to attend a course or a European institution. The training should focus on areas relevant to the center, such as internationalization, methodologies in technical fields, or even new technologies. Additionally, these staff mobilities provide a personal experience and an opportunity to improve language skills. Another goal we aimed to achieve with this project is to create and expand our European network. Three years ago, our European partners were very few, and collaborations were sporadic. With this project, we have succeeded in establishing a broader and much more active network, collaborating with partners from various countries, both by sending participants and hosting them. Lastly, another objective has been to internationalize the center. This involves raising awareness about the Erasmus+ program within the entire educational community of our Vocational Training school and making them part of it. It also means normalizing the sharing of our center with European students and teachers, as well as making it common for our students and staff to have European experiences.
