This project, which began its journey more than a decade ago with the aim that the students of the higher level training cycle of Early Childhood Education could learn about the children's methodology of the Italian pedagogue Loris Malaguzzi, has taken an important leap in recent years by increasing our higher training offer (Social Integration and Sociocultural and Tourism Animation), as well as by raising the possibility that teachers also benefit from training mobilities in order to improve their professional skills. The objectives that were expected to be achieved are: -The improvement of the knowledge and skills in professional and personal competencies of our students, allowing an increase in their employability and access to more job offers. -The acquisition of personal and professional autonomy and the development of practical skills, achieving students who are more independent and responsible for their own decisions. -The establishment of an international collaboration network that increases community values based on equality, diversity and respect between institutions. -Improving language skills and professional growth of teachers.
