ILERNA is located in an area of clear rural influence, as a consequence of this is that most of the students have never left their area, they do not have close references in mobility issues, nor do they see the need to move from their environment. The center is committed to an education that promotes mobility and a European mentality, aware of the importance today of acquiring skills that go beyond the purely academic to improve employability and reach the level of knowledge and attitudes that the current company needs. With this will, we intend to train young people with a mentality according to current needs, dynamic, fluent in foreign languages, flexible and adaptable to the changing world in which they will have to work. For all this we created this project that was born from the need to improve the quality of the center and the employability of its students with the added value that an Erasmus mobility project gives and what knowledge of the needs of European companies and in general provides. from other countries with the open, inclusive, European and modern vision that it brings to the participants and to the center. To achieve our objective we have a work team - the ETP - Project Work Team, and our Internationalization Project with a calendar of activities, talks, exhibition of experiences, presentations and events. We also hold different dissemination activities so that the educational community gets involved and so that the project is known on a European scale. In addition to these tools and the human team, we have the support of the center's board of directors and all the teaching staff with the tutors, FCT teachers, guidance counselor... we all participate so that the project achieves its objectives. Our main objectives have been: 1) Improve key competencies with learning a foreign language and culture and interculturality 2) Promote soft skills: initiative, entrepreneurship, resilience, adaptability, effort and motivation 3) Improve teaching with knowledge of the needs of European companies 4) Maintain a continuity course after course of quality international mobility and equalize opportunities with the University or other higher studies 5) Learning of specific and quality technical skills in students in their first work experience 6) Acquisition of a versatile and polyvalent professional profile, improving the labor insertion and the progress of the students 7) Expand our network of Erasmus contacts with the contact of homologous centers and the contact of new companies Improving in these aspects will improve our two main objectives, which are to improve the training quality of our educational center and to reinforce the opportunities for students to obtain quality employment. In addition to our project objectives, we have some general guidelines that we also want to achieve in carrying out the project: -Increase the number of student mobility to achieve European standards, which are the ones we set for ourselves -Maintain the quality of mobility -Be inclusive -Improve the employability of our students -Improve quality with a system for the internal management of the Erasmus+ project -Recognize mobilities -Improve dissemination with more attractive and visual materials All of this will improve the quality of the center and increase the job placement of students, making their curriculum more attractive to companies. . This project takes inclusion into account by seeking measures for all selected students to participate, it also seeks fair and equitable selection systems and has an internal structure to be able to do so with the project work team and the support of the management team.
