To offer our organisation the continuity of the Erasmus+ programmes in which we have been participating for more than ten years. One of our main objectives is to encourage the participation of groups at risk of social exclusion in order to facilitate their preparation, entry and inclusion in the world of work. It is extremely difficult to reach certain sectors of our students, mainly those from migrant families who do not value internalisation either for cultural reasons or for social or economic reasons. That is why our greatest effort is made in the promotion and selection processes. In addition, many of the less economically favoured families do not have sufficient resources to deal with the administrative bureaucracy and many of them do not have official documentation to determine this (scholarships, information from social services, etc...). In the same way, we aim to reduce the level of youth unemployment through a better preparation of students for work and professional training, as well as specific skills in the student's area of study. In fact this is always one of the best evaluations of our students once they come back from their mobility experiences. We believe that both their own experience, as well as the accreditations of the host companies and together with the europass mobility document, give our participating students an additional plus when facing the labour market. Finally, we aim to strengthen the feeling of belonging to the European community and the understanding of cultural diversity. We have seen in successive calls how the interest in everything related to the European institutions increases as the knowledge and participation in the Erasmus+ project increases.
