Furthermore we intend: - offer modernization and constant improvement in the teachings we teach. - Facilitate that students and staff (teaching and non-teaching) of Higher Education have the possibility of expanding their knowledge and professional experience with activities typical of the world of work in companies in the sector in Europe. - help increase language level. - enable cultural immersion in other destinations with multiple possibilities. Both our students in Hospitality, (divided into the professional training cycles of Higher Degree in Kitchen Management and Restaurant Services), and those in the Tourism branch, (divided into the cycles of Travel Agencies and Event Management, Management of Accommodations and Guides, Information and Tourist Assistance), with a marked entrepreneurial character, need this program to have the opportunity to train abroad to strengthen both their languages and to immerse themselves in destinations with multiple possibilities in both productive sectors and thus achieve develop both personally and professionally. The characteristics of the teachings taught at this center make the Erasmus program an important source of motivation. We want to give our participants the opportunity to live an international learning and maturity experience in which they can improve their work skills in Europe. We want to achieve European awareness as one of the main objectives of the project, not to mention the reinforcement of their self-esteem and personal recognition that these students have the opportunity to experience. Our objective could well be summarized in the motto “enrich lives, open minds.” To do this, we have a series of contacts abroad and we try to provide students with companies in the sector located in countries of the European Union that allow them to learn international procedures with them as well as the possibility of developing in a different culture that provides them with diversity. of learning. Our inventory of companies abroad is increasingly broader, covering all sectors of our professional family, from the field of accommodation, mainly hotels, travel agencies and event management, the world of guides, informants and tourist assistants as well as the restaurant subsector covering kitchen and living room. Our intention is to continue expanding this relationship.
