Our objectives as a consortium have been based on three main areas: 1. Improvement of the employability of participating VET HEI students: including the digital improvement of administrative company processes along with the management of other more transversal tasks within administration tasks, such as the management of the company's quality policies, the general purchasing and sales management, etc. 2. Language improvement and improvement of knowledge of foreign languages in relation to job improvement. 3. Improving the social skills of students (essential at this time, much more than technical skills) The reason why our consortium is committed to offering this possibility to our HEI VET students, from the Management and Administration and Commercial families, is because we believe that they deserve an improvement in their employability, we are not satisfied with providing "workers" without any type of experience, but rather human resources that can improve their working conditions and that can apply for quality job offers, and to this end we believe that international internships increase the future work quality of our students, in addition to a life experience which will probably never been able to repeat again during their adult life.
