Our institution, CIFP Montecelo, participating in the Erasmus+ programs, aims to achieve the following objectives: - Improvement of personal competence and professionalism of our participants. - Ability to communicate in a new language. - Cultural enrichment and knowledge of the traditions of another country. - Personal and professional responsibility. - Respect for the rights of others and demonstration of a spirit of collaboration. - Improvement of employability. - Support the collaboration between public and private organizations working in the field of vocational training with the aim of promoting the exchange of experiences and supporting the mobility of professionals between countries. - Equity and inclusion in this project of the most disadvantaged members and those with special needs in our organization. - Recognition for all participants in mobilities and dissemination of this project. - Inclusion of new methodologies, knowledge, and innovative techniques in teaching. We prioritize quality over the quantity of mobilities to achieve highly positive participant satisfaction.
